The Exa integration is a private beta provider for AI-powered web monitoring and account signal enrichment. It can track account-level events using semantic search across the web.
#Supported use cases
- Company news: Track news articles, blog posts, and press releases that mention an account.
- Leadership changes: Track executive hires, departures, and C-level leadership changes.
- Funding and M&A: Track funding rounds, acquisitions, IPO news, and major financial events.
- Hiring signals: Track job postings, hiring announcements, and recruitment activity.
- Expansion signals: Track new offices, new markets, and headcount expansion.
- Product launches: Track launches, releases, and product announcements.
- Competitive intelligence: Track competitor mentions and market intelligence.
- Risk signals: Track layoffs, restructuring, lawsuits, or negative press.
#How Exa matching works
Exa signal templates are account-based. Bigmind uses the account name as the required variable and provisions per-account monitoring for the selected signal template.
#Configuration options
- Check frequency: Choose how often Exa searches for new results, from hourly through weekly.
- Max results per run: Choose the result volume Bigmind should request per run.
- Signal template: Choose the type of account event you want to monitor.
#Connect Exa

#Limitations
Exa is focused on web monitoring and signals. It does not currently expose people enrichment capabilities for email or phone strategies. Use Lusha or ZoomInfo when you need contact data enrichment.
