#Detect meetings across your apps
The desktop app watches for supported meeting apps using your microphone. When it detects an active conversation, it can surface a prompt to start the meeting in Bigmind. You stay in control of whether recording begins, and you can change the auto-record preference in the desktop settings.
#A subtle notch experience
Meeting status and actions appear in a compact native surface around the Mac’s notch or menu-bar area. It expands when you need controls, status, or a coaching prompt, then gets out of the way so you can stay focused on the conversation.
#Follow a call script
Open the live meeting surface to follow configured Talking Points as a call script. Choose the relevant script, move through its sections and questions, and review answers that Bigmind captures from the conversation. You can edit answers when needed and choose a default script in desktop settings.
#Get suggestions while you talk
When coaching suggestions are enabled, Bigmind can surface concise prompts during a meeting. Suggestions help you follow up on an answer, explore a missed topic, handle an objection, or move the conversation forward. They appear in the compact desktop experience so you can use them without switching away from the call.
#Practice calls
Practice from the live meeting surface using simulations configured in Coaching settings. Choose a scenario and speak with an AI prospect that responds in real time according to its objective, persona, context, and difficulty. This is useful for onboarding, objection practice, and preparation before an important call.
