Integrations

Salesforce

Connect Salesforce to Bigmind and use Salesforce accounts, opportunities, owners, and teams across your workspace.

The Salesforce integration connects your Salesforce CRM data to Bigmind so teams can work with accounts, opportunities, ownership, activity history, and team structure in one place.

Use Salesforce with Bigmind to keep account and opportunity views aligned with your CRM, match CRM users to Bigmind users, and support team-based filtering, activity attribution, meeting follow-up, and AI agent context.

#What Salesforce supports

  • Accounts: Browse and filter Salesforce accounts by owner, team, and imported fields.
  • Opportunities: View Salesforce opportunities in deal workflows and keep deal context connected to CRM records.
  • Teams: Use Salesforce user and hierarchy data to create Bigmind teams for ownership-aware views.
  • Custom fields: Import selected Salesforce fields so Bigmind can display, filter, and reason over the right CRM data.
  • Activity attribution: Attribute meetings, summaries, notes, and other activity to the right Salesforce records.

#Fields used by Frameworks and pipeline views

Only active Salesforce fields imported into Bigmind are available for Framework conditions and additional pipeline columns. Import the Account and Opportunity fields your assessments depend on before configuring their conditions.

Bigmind reads Salesforce IsClosed and IsWon directly. This lets Deal maintenance follow the CRM lifecycle without guessing from organization-specific stage IDs or labels.

#Full sync and AI refresh

A full Salesforce sync imports or backfills CRM records and selected fields; it does not automatically run AI against every Account or Opportunity. Subsequent relevant incremental changes can mark associated Deals or Accounts for refresh, and users can always choose Refresh now.
