Overview tab

Monitor campaign status, sequences, tasks, engagement, audience changes, and lifecycle events.

The Overview tab is the campaign's operating dashboard. Use it after planning or starting a campaign to understand what is scheduled, what teammates have completed, and how recipients have engaged.

#Choose a reporting range

Switch between Past 14 days, Past month, and All time. The metric cards and activity chart update to the selected period.

#Summary metrics

  • Sequences: Started sequences compared with the total planned sequence runs.
  • Tasks: Completed tasks compared with all created campaign tasks.
  • Upcoming tasks: Tasks that have not reached their planned time.
  • Opens: Tracked email opens. This shows as unavailable when open tracking is disabled.
  • Replies: Recorded email replies.

Select a metric card to inspect the underlying sequences, tasks, opens, or replies. Task views can be filtered by states such as past due, today, upcoming, completed, and canceled. Sequence views separate running, awaiting action, upcoming, and completed runs.

#Audience changes awaiting review

If the Audience tab is configured to review new or updated rows, proposals appear on the Overview tab. Each proposal shows the account and changed fields. Select Accept to include or replan it, or Decline to dismiss that proposal.

#Activity chart

Use the chart selector to compare sequences, created tasks, completed tasks, opens, clicks, and replies over time. Completed tasks are broken down by email, call, LinkedIn profile visit, LinkedIn connection, and LinkedIn message.

#Logs

The Logs timeline records campaign lifecycle changes, including creation, setting changes, cleared plans, audience updates, start, completion, stop, and archive. It also reports canceled scheduled tasks when a plan is cleared or a campaign is stopped.

#Campaign actions

The actions in the campaign header change with its status. Depending on the current state and your access, you can plan, start, stop, inspect sequences, duplicate a stopped campaign, or archive it.
