Lists & Outreach

Channels tab

Choose campaign senders and enable email, LinkedIn, and call-script outreach.

The Channels tab controls who outreach is from and which contact methods Bigmind can plan. Channel eligibility is evaluated per person: email needs an email address, calls need a phone number, and LinkedIn needs a LinkedIn profile.

#Choose how senders are assigned

  • Use the same sender for every outreach message: Select one Bigmind user. For email, choose one or more active email accounts for Bigmind to rotate through. For LinkedIn, select the connected LinkedIn account.
  • Use a different sender per account: Select a User column from the audience list. Each row's assigned user becomes its sender. Configure email delivery settings on that User column before planning email outreach.
  • Send from someone in a team: Select a team. Configure the email accounts Bigmind may use for each member; campaign accounts are distributed stably across the team.

Sender choices are shared across the enabled channels. If a required active sender account cannot be resolved for a planned channel, the affected account can be skipped during planning.

#Email

Enable Email outreach to create email touches for eligible people. Make sure the chosen sender setup has at least one active email account and the targeted people have email addresses.

The daily email cap is configured on the Schedule tab. Reply-stopping, open tracking, and click tracking are configured on the Options tab.

#LinkedIn

Enable LinkedIn outreach to plan LinkedIn work for people with LinkedIn profiles.

  • Include view profile tasks: Add a profile-view step to LinkedIn outreach.
  • Connection acceptance window: Choose how many days, from 1 to 30, a LinkedIn message may wait for a connection request to be accepted before it becomes actionable.

#Call scripts

Enable Call scripts to prepare call tasks for people with phone numbers. The planned task includes the generated or list-defined script for a teammate to use from their daily plan.

#How channels affect the audience

Changing enabled channels recalculates the audience pools and affects the sequence plan. An account can still be targeted when only some channels are available, depending on the sequence that can be prepared for its eligible people. Review skipped accounts after planning to see the specific missing requirement.
