#Accessing Billing Settings
Only organization owners can access and modify billing settings:
- Navigate to Settings
- Go to Billing & Plans
- View current plan details and subscription status
#Current Plan Overview
The billing page displays comprehensive information about your current subscription:
Plan Information
- Plan Name: Your current subscription tier (Business, Enterprise, etc.)
- Seat Count: Number of licensed users in your organization
- Billing Cycle: Monthly or annual billing frequency
- Next Billing Date: When your next payment is due
- Total Amount: Cost per billing cycle including taxes
Subscription Status
Your subscription can have different statuses:
- Active: Subscription is current and all features are available
- Trialing: Free trial period is active
- Cancelled: Subscription is cancelled but still active until period end
- Past Due: Payment failed and requires attention

Billing Portal
Bigmind integrates with Stripe for secure billing management. Click "Manage billing" to access the customer portal where you can:

Changing Plans

#Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation Process
Organization owners can cancel their subscription at any time:
- Click "Cancel subscription" on the billing page
- Provide feedback about your reason for cancelling
- Confirm the cancellation in the dialog
- Your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends
What Happens After Cancellation
- Immediate: Your subscription is marked as cancelled
- Until Period End: All paid features remain available
- After Period End: Organization moves to the free plan
- Data Retention: Your data is preserved but with limited access
#Subscription Reactivation
If you've cancelled but want to reactivate before the period ends:
- Click "Reactivate subscription" on the billing page
- Your subscription will continue normally at the next billing cycle
- No data or settings are lost during this process
#Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Bigmind automatically:
- Sends notification emails to the organization owner
- Retries the payment according to Stripe's smart retry logic
- Provides a grace period to resolve payment issues
- Suspends service only after multiple failed attempts

- Ensure your card has sufficient funds and isn't expired
