The Sequences tab controls where campaign message content comes from. Bigmind can plan personalized account sequences with AI, or it can use Message columns that were prepared in the audience list.
#Agentic outreach planning
Enable Agentic outreach planning when Bigmind should create a sequence from your instructions, enabled channels, skills, and audience data.
Under AI instructions, describe:
- The audience, problem, offer, and desired next step.
- The angle and tone for the sequence.
- Length, formatting, and channel constraints.
- List data that should be used for personalization.
- Claims, topics, or approaches the generated outreach should avoid.
Use the @ picker to insert audience-column values or available skills. Column references resolve separately for each account, so the same instruction can use row-specific research, signals, or qualification data.
Example instructions
Write a concise outbound sequence for finance leaders.
Lead with the cost of manual reconciliation, use the account research for one specific observation, keep emails under 120 words, and make the call script discovery-led.
Do not invent metrics or customer names.
#Use Message columns from the list
Turn off agentic outreach planning when the audience list already contains the outreach content. Select the matching Message column for each enabled channel:
- Email outreach column.
- Call script column.
- LinkedIn connection column.
- LinkedIn message column.
Only Message columns with the matching message variant are offered. If a selector is empty, return to the list and add or generate that Message column.
#Generate sequences
- Complete the Audience, Channels, and Schedule tabs.
- Choose agentic or list-defined content on the Sequences tab.
- Select Generate sequences or Plan campaign.
- Choose the test pool for a small preview, or the full audience.
- When generation finishes, select Review preview or Review.
After settings or instructions change, use Regenerate preview or Re-plan campaign to replace the affected generated plan.
#What Bigmind plans
The generated review is account-level. It shows the selected people, sender, destinations, channel touches, waits, conditions, and resolved local schedule. The exact sequence can differ by account based on its people, available contact channels, and row data.
See Plan, review, and start a campaign to inspect skipped accounts and edit generated messages.
