Signal automations run when Bigmind detects a signal on an account. They help teams turn account events into recommended actions instead of letting signals sit unused.
Purpose
Use signal automations to review new account signals, explain why they matter, identify the best next step, and route the work to the right seller, CSM, manager, or team.
When it runs
The automation uses the On account signal trigger. Bigmind provides signal context, signal source context, and any AI instructions configured for that signal.
Common templates
- Signal responder: Reviews a new account signal and proposes targeted next steps.
- Weekly meeting digest: Summarizes recent customer-facing conversations into themes, risks, and leadership actions.
- Forecast accuracy gut-check: Compares forecast categories against recent conversation and email signals.
- Renewal risk radar: Scores upcoming renewals based on usage, sentiment, and engagement.
- Expansion opportunities: Identifies customers showing upsell or cross-sell signals.
- Account health snapshot: Produces a quick health view for strategic accounts.
Recommended setup
- Define what each signal means and what action should happen when it appears.
- Use account research or account growth skills when the automation should combine the signal with wider account context.
- Test with a real account and signal so the automation has enough context to produce useful guidance.
