The Parallels integration is in private beta for select customers. It supports enrichment workflows that need multi-source research rather than contact reveal data alone.
Private beta use cases
- Multi-source account research: Gather company context from multiple public sources for account planning and outreach.
- List enrichment: Fill structured list fields with source-backed research outputs.
- Agent research: Give agents another provider option for open-ended account, market, or company research tasks.
- Provider routing: Use Parallels alongside other enrichment providers when a workflow needs research rather than contact reveal data.
Availability
Parallels is available only to select private beta customers. Eligible organizations can connect it from Settings > Enrichment. If you do not see Parallels, request access from the enrichment providers page or contact your Bigmind account team.
Strategy support
People enrichment strategies currently route providers that can return email or phone fields. Parallels strategy support will depend on the capabilities exposed when the integration is implemented.
