Use the Notifications tab in Profile & Account to control the updates you receive from Bigmind. In personal workspaces you manage everything yourself. In organization workspaces, each notification starts from your company’s default settings unless you choose a personal override.
Open personal notification settings
- Go to Settings.
- Open Profile & Account.
- Select the Notifications tab.

How organization defaults work
- Organization's default: Your personal setting follows the company-level toggle and delivery channel.
- On: You explicitly enable that notification for yourself.
- Off: You explicitly disable that notification for yourself.
When you switch a notification back to Organization's default, Bigmind removes your personal override and uses the company setting again.
Notification categories
Product Updates
- Product guidance: Tips to help you get more value from Bigmind.
- Reminders: Reminders about upcoming meetings and tasks.
- Product announcements: News about new features and improvements.
- Special offers: Promotional and offer-related updates.
Collaboration
- Comments, tags, and replies: Alerts when someone comments on your content, tags you, or replies to you.
Meetings
- My meeting analysis is ready: Sent as soon as your call analysis is available.
- Daily meeting digest: A daily summary of today’s schedule and yesterday’s meetings.
- Weekly meeting digest: A weekly recap of meetings and key insights.
Pipeline Management
- Weekly account updates: Weekly account progress and metric updates.
- Daily suggested todos: Daily follow-up suggestions and task ideas.
- Coaching opportunities: Weekly coaching-related recommendations.
Delivery channels
Some notification types include a delivery channel menu when they are enabled. Depending on your workspace, you can choose:
- Email + Message
- Email only
- Message only
- Organization's default (organization workspaces only)
Channel controls are available for collaboration, meeting, and pipeline notifications that support message delivery. Product updates only use the main preference toggle.
Timing controls
Scheduled notifications show timing controls only when they are enabled.
- Immediate: Comments, tags, replies, and personal meeting-analysis notifications.
- Daily: Daily meeting digest and daily suggested todos.
- Weekly: Weekly meeting digest, weekly account updates, and coaching opportunities.
For weekly notifications, you can choose both the day of the week and the hour. For daily notifications, you choose the hour. Bigmind uses your local timezone for these schedules.
Tips
- Leave a setting on Organization's default if you want to stay aligned with your company’s standard setup.
- Use Off for lower-priority updates if you are receiving too many notifications.
- Use scheduled digests to reduce noise while still keeping up with meetings and follow-up tasks.
