Instagram via Apify enrichment

The Instagram via Apify integration is a private beta enrichment provider. It connects Bigmind to Apify Instagram actors so agents can retrieve public Instagram data for account research, social context, and audience analysis.

#Supported use cases

Profile enrichment: Get public Instagram profile metadata for a username, handle, or profile URL.
Post enrichment: Scrape public posts from profile, hashtag, place, post, or reel URLs.
Search-based post research: Use Apify search input for hashtag or place-based research.
Follower and following research: Scrape public followers or following lists for one or more profiles.
Comment enrichment: Scrape public comments from an Instagram post or reel URL.

#Outputs Bigmind can use

Profile fields such as username, full name, biography, external URL, follower count, following count, post count, business category, verification status, and profile image URLs.
Post fields such as caption, hashtags, mentions, comment count, like count, timestamp, media URL, alt text, owner username, and location.
Comment fields such as text, timestamp, owner username, owner verification status, and profile image URL.
Follower and following fields such as username, full name, privacy status, verification status, and profile image URL.

#Connect Instagram via Apify

Go to Settings > Enrichment.
Select Instagram via Apify.
If access is available, enter an Apify API token with access to the required Instagram actors.
Select Connect.

scraping_solutions/instagram-scraper-followers-following-no-cookies for follower and following data.

#Strategy support

Instagram via Apify is research-oriented. It does not currently expose people enrichment capabilities for email or phone strategies. Use it when a workflow needs social profile context, public post data, or audience research rather than contact reveal data.

#Availability

Instagram via Apify is in private beta for select customers. If you do not see it in Settings > Enrichment, request access from the enrichment providers page or contact your Bigmind account team.
