Enrichment providers give Bigmind trusted external data sources for contact enrichment, company enrichment, public research, and account monitoring. You connect providers from Settings > Enrichment, then use provider actions in agents, list enrichment, and enrichment strategies.
#Where to manage enrichment
- Providers: Go to Settings > Enrichment to connect or request enrichment integrations.
- Strategies: Go to Settings > Enrichment > Strategies to define which provider action should run for people enrichment fields.
- Connected provider detail: Open a connected provider from the enrichment page to review available enrichment actions.
#Supported provider types
- People data providers: Find or fill person-level fields such as email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile URL.
- Company data providers: Enrich accounts with firmographic data such as employee count, revenue, industry, location, website, and phone number.
- Research providers: Search public sources, filings, or the web for source-backed account research.
- Signal providers: Monitor accounts for events such as funding, leadership changes, hiring, product launches, and risk signals.

#Provider setup model
Most enrichment providers are connected organization-wide. API-key providers ask an admin to enter the provider API key. OAuth providers redirect the admin to the provider authorization flow. Private beta providers may require requesting access before the connect button is available.
#How provider actions are used
Once connected, enrichment provider actions can be made available to agents and list workflows. For people enrichment, Bigmind inspects the provider action capabilities and only offers actions that can produce the selected field. For example, an email strategy only shows provider actions that can return email addresses.

- Connect at least one provider that supports the fields you want to enrich.
- Create an enrichment strategy if your team wants consistent provider routing across lists.
- Test enrichment on a small set of records before running large batches.
- Review provider credit usage and plan limits in the provider's own admin console.
