The automation uses the After in-person customer meeting trigger. It can use calendar event context and meeting location to decide when to check in.
#Recommended setup
- Keep the check-in short and friendly so reps respond quickly.
- Ask for the few details that are hardest to recover later: decision changes, risks, commitments, and next steps.
- Use location matchers if the automation should only run for certain external meeting locations.
