The Cognism integration is a private beta enrichment provider connection. It is available to organizations that have Cognism access enabled in Bigmind.
Current support
- Organization-wide connection: Admins can connect Cognism with an API key when access is enabled.
- Provider availability: Cognism is tagged as an enrichment provider in Bigmind and can be shown on the enrichment providers page for eligible organizations.
- Private beta access: Organizations without access can request the integration from Settings > Enrichment.
Connect Cognism
- Go to Settings > Enrichment.
- Select Cognism.
- If access is available, enter your Cognism API key.
- Select Connect.
Using Cognism in enrichment workflows
Cognism is currently a private beta provider connection. Depending on your organization setup, Bigmind may need to enable Cognism-backed enrichment actions before it appears in strategies or agent tools.
Troubleshooting
- Cognism is not visible: The integration may not be enabled for your organization yet. Use the enrichment request flow or contact your Bigmind account team.
- No strategy actions appear: Confirm Cognism actions have been enabled for your tenant and that the selected strategy fields are supported.
