The Schedule tab defines when campaign work can begin and which local date Bigmind uses for each account. These settings control the planned local dates shown during sequence review and the delivery schedule created when the campaign starts.
#Start date
Choose the first date on which outreach may start. If you do not set one, Bigmind proposes the next valid start date based on the selected sending days and delivery timezone.
#Sending days
Select the days of the week on which the campaign may run. At least one day remains selected. The default is Monday through Friday.
#Delivery timezone
- Use one timezone for every account: Select a fixed timezone for the complete campaign.
- Use a timezone column on the audience: Select a Timezone column from the source list so each account can use its own local timezone. Also choose a fallback timezone for empty or unusable cells.
The timezone-column option is only available when the audience list has a column with the Timezone value type.
#Daily email outreach limit
Set the maximum number of campaign email messages Bigmind may schedule per day. The value must be at least one. Call and LinkedIn tasks do not count against this email limit.
#Recommended setup
- Use an audience timezone column for campaigns spanning several regions.
- Set a fallback that is safe for rows whose timezone is missing.
- Choose a daily limit that fits the capacity and reputation requirements of the selected sender accounts.
- Review the scheduled dates and resolved timezones in generated sequences before starting the campaign.
