The Options tab contains campaign-wide administration and behavior settings. Most switches save automatically; campaign-name changes are saved with the Save button.
#Campaign details
Edit the campaign name and select Save. Use a name that distinguishes the audience, motion, or period, such as “Benelux finance leaders — Q3.”
#Sharing
Add active Bigmind users and assign one of these roles:
- Editor: Can change campaign setup, plan and review sequences, and operate the campaign while it is editable.
- View only: Can inspect campaign configuration, generated sequences, status, and results without changing them.
Remove a user from the sharing list to revoke their campaign access. The campaign creator remains its owner.
#Review behavior
Propose outreach as part of the daily plans creates reviewed outreach tasks for the responsible users to complete from their daily plans. Fully autonomous sending is shown as a future option and cannot currently be selected.
#Replies and tracking
- Stop email outreach when a person replies: Skip that person's future email steps.
- Stop outreach for the account when anyone replies: Pause future outreach for all people at the account.
- Track email opens: Add open tracking when the sender account supports it. If disabled, Opens is unavailable on the Overview tab.
- Track email link clicks: Add click tracking when the sender account supports it.
#Delete a campaign
Editors can delete a campaign from the Danger zone. Deletion removes the campaign and its generated drafts and cannot be undone. Use the campaign header's stop and archive actions for a campaign whose history should be retained.
