In-person meeting check-ins

In-person meeting check-in automations run after external customer meetings that happened in person. They help capture context when Bigmind may not have a transcript.

Purpose

Use this automation to ask the rep how the meeting went, what changed, what follow-up is needed, and whether Bigmind should help create next steps. It is especially useful for field sales, events, executive visits, and onsite customer meetings.

When it runs

The automation uses the After in-person customer meeting trigger. It can use calendar event context and meeting location to decide when to check in.

Recommended setup

  • Keep the check-in short and friendly so reps respond quickly.
  • Ask for the few details that are hardest to recover later: decision changes, risks, commitments, and next steps.
  • Use location matchers if the automation should only run for certain external meeting locations.
