We've improved how you view and filter accounts and deals in Bigmind with dynamic, intelligent filtering based on your team structure and CRM ownership.
Smart Account Lists:
The accounts section now automatically generates list options based on your role and team:
- All accounts - Available only to organization owners, shows every account in your CRM
- My accounts - Shows accounts you own in the CRM
- My team's accounts - Shows accounts owned by you and your direct reports
- [Name]'s accounts - Individual views for each team member
- [Name]'s team accounts - For managers who have their own teams
Smart Deal Lists:
The same intelligent filtering applies to opportunities/deals:
- All deals - Owner-only view of all opportunities
- My deals - Your owned opportunities
- My team's deals - Opportunities owned by your team
- Individual and team views - Personalized views for each team member

- Integration-agnostic - Works seamlessly across all supported CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- CRM alias-based filtering - Uses actual CRM user IDs for accurate ownership filtering
- Smart disabled states - Options are disabled when team members don't have CRM users, with helpful tooltips
- Hierarchical team support - Supports multi-level team structures with automatic detection
How It Works:
List options are generated dynamically based on:
- Your role - Owners see "All" options, others see filtered views
- Team structure - Direct reports and sub-teams are automatically detected
- CRM user mapping - Only shows options for users who exist in your CRM
- Permission levels - Respects your organization's data access policies
