Syncing Confluence with Bigmind Library

Leverage your existing enablement material

If you already have enablement material, training documentation, or knowledge base articles in Confluence, you can leverage them directly within Bigmind. The Confluence integration allows you to sync your existing workspace content and make it available to your sales team through Library.

This means you don't have to recreate or migrate your content—simply connect your Confluence workspace and your team can access all your enablement resources right where they need them.

After connecting, you can select which specific Spaces in your Confluence workspace Bigmind should sync. This gives you control over which content becomes available in Library, so you can limit syncing to only the spaces that contain relevant sales enablement material.

Pre-requisites

Before setting up the Confluence integration, make sure you have:

  • A Confluence account
  • A Confluence service account with access to the spaces that you want to have synced to Bigmind

Tip: Organize your enablement material in a dedicated GTM enablement space and sync that space specifically. This keeps your Library focused and makes it easier to manage what content your sales team can access.
