Sync Slack customer channels into Bigmind context
Important customer conversations happen in Slack channels that never made it into CRM activity. Channel sync brings them in.

Bigmind already delivers notifications to Slack. Channel sync goes further: opt in to import message history from selected customer channels and attach that context to the right account and deal.
Org owners authorize additional Slack scopes under Settings, Communications, Slack → Connect channel sync. Map channels to accounts (and optionally deals) from the Channels tab or directly from Slack when the bot joins a channel.
Recurring + real-time – Messages sync on a schedule and update via webhooks. Synced messages appear in account activity with deep links back to Slack.
