Insights → Productivity opens two tabs:
Overview – Average chats and external meetings per week, last-seen on Bigmind, charts for chats over time, meetings by CRM stage, and segmented daily usage events. Filter by date range (up to 31 days), user, or team. Managers get leaderboards for external meetings and chats.
Activity map – A filterable timeline of emails, calendar events, and meetings with links into CRM and meeting detail.
