Adoption dashboards on the Settings overview
RevOps needs to know who is active, who went quiet, and whether chat usage is growing — without a BI export.

Rolling out Bigmind is only half the job. The other half is knowing which teams actually use it, who went dormant, and whether usage is growing week over week.
The Settings overview now includes adoption analytics for org tenants (requires a verified email domain):
Daily and weekly active users – Bar charts over the past ~30 days. "Active" means opening Bigmind or using transcription, summaries, chat, or notifications.
Growth accounting – Weekly breakdown of new, returning, resurrecting, and dormant users. Click a segment to see who is in it.
Inactive users – Preview of users with no activity in the past four weeks, grouped by team.
Chat usage – Chats and unique users over four weeks, with a link to review agent chats.
Open Settings → Overview.
