If you've used sequence builders before, you know the workflow: pick a template, map @variables to list columns, hope the same three-step email cadence fits every persona, and manually tune copy when it doesn't. Multi-threading an account meant duplicating sequences per contact and keeping it all in sync yourself.

Bigmind Outreach works differently. Point a campaign at a List with targetable accounts and people — including personas across the buying committee — turn on agentic outreach planning, and the agent does two jobs for you:

Plan the sequence per person – For each targeted contact, the agent chooses the multi-touch shape: which channels (email, LinkedIn profile views, connection requests, messages, call scripts), how many touches, email threading vs new threads, and conditional branches (for example, a follow-up email if a LinkedIn request was not accepted within N days). The plan adapts to who they are on the committee, not a one-size-fits-all template.

Compose each step for conversion – With the plan set, the agent writes personalized copy per step using your campaign instructions, list columns, Skills, account context, and what was already sent to that person and others at the account — optimized to drive replies across the full sequence, not just fill in merge fields.

How it runs in practice


Create a campaign under Outreach → Campaigns. Configure audience (target-flagged people or specific personas), channels, senders, and schedule — then Generate sequences. Review the plan per account and person, approve steps, and start. With review-before-sending, each due step lands on the assignee's Daily plan; completing it advances the campaign. Stop-on-reply keeps engaged prospects from being over-mailed.
