Talking points can now sync answers to CRM
Capture discovery answers during calls and write them back to Contact, Lead, Account, or Deal fields automatically.

Discovery answers should not die in meeting notes
Talking Points already helped reps follow your discovery framework in Sidekick and capture answers with AI. Now those answers can update your CRM automatically.
For each talking point question, enable Sync to CRM, choose the CRM object — Contact, Lead, Account, or Deal — and pick the field that should receive the answer. You can decide whether Bigmind replaces the field, appends to what is already there, or only writes when the field is empty.
After the meeting is processed and associated with CRM records, Bigmind writes configured answers back to the right records. If there is more than one possible record and Bigmind cannot identify the right one, it skips the write instead of guessing.
Use it for MEDDIC fields like Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Pain, Timeline, or any other structured discovery data your team wants kept clean in CRM.
