Attach files when sending email from Bigmind
The Send Email tool could draft copy but not carry a deck or one-pager along with it. Attachments now ride along on send.
Send the file, not just a link to go find it
Reps often draft follow-ups in Bigmind chat and send them through the Send Email tool. When the email needed a PDF, case study, or proposal attached, they had to leave Bigmind and finish in Gmail.
In the Send Email composer, choose Add file → As attachment to email (or drag and drop). Files upload to your chat storage and attach directly when the email sends through your connected Gmail or Google Workspace account.
Attachments show in the draft before send so you can confirm the right file is included.
