Apply new Trackers to meetings that already happened

You set up a Tracker today, but the last month of calls already happened. Now you can run it backwards.

New Trackers shouldn't only work on future calls

Trackers detect concepts in meeting transcripts — pricing objections, competitor mentions, security questions. When you create a new Tracker, you usually want to know whether it would have fired on recent deals, not wait for the next call to find out.

On any active Tracker, click Analyze previous meetings. Pick a date range (up to one month) and Bigmind scans your accessible recorded meetings, evaluates transcripts against the Tracker definition, and creates capture records where matches are found.

Scoped and safe – Respects your permission scope; processes up to 50 meetings per run; only works on active, non-manual Trackers.
