Previously, once you deployed an AI agent you had limited visibility into how users were actually interacting with it. Now owners with View chat access can review all agent conversations to see exactly what users are asking and how the agent responds.

Browse through chat history, see which users initiated conversations, and identify patterns in how your agents are being used. Use these insights to refine your prompts, add missing knowledge, and build better agents over time.

Find it in Settings → Agents → Review chats (top right).
