Use Bigmind Agents from WhatsApp
Reps can now message the Bigmind AI Agent from WhatsApp to prep for meetings, capture notes, and update todos while they are on the move.

Ask Bigmind from the place field work already happens
Reps are often on the way to a customer visit, walking out of a meeting, catching up from a train, or trying to remember what was promised before the next call. In those moments, opening Bigmind on a laptop is not always realistic, but sending a WhatsApp message is.
Now you can talk to the Bigmind AI Agent directly from WhatsApp. Once your workspace enables the channel and you connect your phone number, you can message Bigmind from WhatsApp and get the same agentic help you use in the app.
Built for quick questions between customer moments
WhatsApp is especially useful for field teams that need fast, practical answers without switching context. Before walking into a customer site, ask what changed on the account, what the open todos are, or what came up in the last meeting. Right after a visit, send a voice note asking Bigmind to remember what the customer said, create the follow-up todo, or update the due date while the details are still fresh.
What you can do from WhatsApp
Prep before a meeting – Ask about an account, upcoming meeting, recent notes, open action items, or what to follow up on next.
Capture field notes immediately – Send a quick message or voice note after a customer conversation and ask Bigmind to remember it on the right account, contact, deal, or lead.
Create and update todos – Ask the agent to create a todo, list existing action items, mark a todo done, or change a due date without opening the app.
Use voice when typing is slow – Send a WhatsApp voice message and Bigmind will use the transcript as your request, so mobile questions still work naturally.
Choose the right workspace – If you belong to multiple organizations, you can pick which workspace Bigmind should use for WhatsApp conversations.
How to turn it on
First, an organization owner enables Bigmind on WhatsApp under Settings, Communication data, WhatsApp. Because WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta, owners must confirm that acknowledgement before enabling the channel for the workspace.
Then each user connects their own phone number under Settings, Profile. Bigmind sends a WhatsApp verification code, and once the number is connected, that user can message the Bigmind WhatsApp number directly.
WhatsApp access is available for workspaces where Bigmind on WhatsApp has been enabled. The existing WhatsApp Web sync remains separate, so teams already syncing WhatsApp activity do not need to change that setup.
