Need a quick account recap before a call? Want to check your open deals or draft a follow-up? You can now message the Bigmind app directly in Slack and work with your agent without leaving the conversation.
Bigmind uses your connected tools and your Bigmind permissions. Each thread keeps its own conversation history, so you can follow up on a request or start a separate thread for something new.
Talk, type, or share a file
The agent works with text, voice notes, images, and documents. Explain what you need in a voice note after a customer call, upload an order form to review, or share a screenshot with a question. Keep asking follow-up questions in the same thread.
From a question to the next action
- Prepare for a meeting: Ask for recent account activity, previous discussions, and outstanding action items.
- Review your pipeline: Get a breakdown of your deals and decide where to focus.
- Move work forward: Draft an email, capture a note, or manage your todos.
- Capture a customer conversation: Record a voice note after a visit and ask Bigmind to turn it into an account note and follow-up todos.
- Review an order form: Attach the PDF and ask Bigmind to summarize the products, pricing, and dates, or compare it with the deal details in your CRM.
- Ask about an image: Share a screenshot of a customer's requirements and ask Bigmind to draft questions for your next conversation.
See progress as Bigmind works. When an action needs approval, open the linked form in Bigmind to review and submit it. The conversation then continues in Slack, and you can also review its history in Bigmind.
Get started
Open the Slack integration page in Bigmind and connect your workspace if needed. Under Bigmind Agent in DMs, authorize access when prompted, then select Enable DM agent. Open a DM with the Bigmind app in Slack and send your first request.
Use the same email address in Slack and Bigmind, and make sure you are a member of the connected Bigmind organization. Channel sync is not required.
