Bring Bigmind into the team discussion
Your team is discussing an account, planning a follow-up, or reviewing a deal in Slack. Now you can tag @Bigmind to help right there, with everyone working in the same thread.
Bigmind reads recent channel context to understand the request and can look up earlier channel messages when needed. It replies in a thread, where teammates can ask follow-up questions, add context, and keep the work moving together.
A shared agent for your deal channel
Add Bigmind to an internal deal channel where your account executive, sales engineer, and customer success manager collaborate. Ask for a recap of the account, bring in technical questions, and work through the handover together. Each teammate can build on the conversation in the same thread.
The conversation can include text, voice notes, images, and documents. One teammate can attach an order form, another can explain the customer's latest request in a voice note, and a third can ask Bigmind to pull it together into next steps.
Turn a discussion into progress
- Get everyone up to speed: Ask for account history or CRM context during a team discussion.
- Review an order form together: Attach the PDF and tag Bigmind to summarize commercial terms, compare them with the CRM, and identify questions for the team to resolve.
- Turn a voice update into next steps: Share a voice note after a customer call and ask Bigmind to capture the commitments and draft follow-up todos.
- Prepare a handover: Bring sales and customer success into the thread to review account history, shared documents, and outstanding questions.
- Make sense of visual context: Attach a screenshot or image of requirements and ask Bigmind to help the team prepare its response.
The team can see progress updates and replies in the thread. Each request uses the requesting member's Bigmind permissions, and actions needing approval open a review form in Bigmind.
Enable it for the channels you choose
Open the Slack integration page in Bigmind. Under Bigmind Agent across channels, select Authorize channel agent if prompted. Then add Bigmind to a channel and choose Internal channel when it asks how it should work there.
Tag @Bigmind with a request in the channel or an existing thread. Teammates can continue in the reply thread. Set up each channel separately; neither Channel sync nor the DM agent needs to be enabled first.
This experience is for internal collaboration. Every human channel member must belong to the connected Bigmind organization and have matching Slack and Bigmind email addresses. Channels with external members or guests cannot enable agent mentions. Replies are visible to the channel.
