Write documents and templates with the Enablement AI agent
Previously, creating documents and templates in Bigmind required manual writing from scratch or pasting in content from external tools. The AI could assist in chat, but there was no direct connection between the agent and the document editor—meaning you had to go back and forth between tools.
Now, the Enablement AI agent can write and edit documents and templates directly. Ask it to draft an account plan, refine a sales playbook, or generate a handover report—and it writes the content straight into the editor. The agent understands the document's structure, linked resources, and your organization's context, so the output is ready to use with minimal tweaking.
Company-wide templates in settings
Admins can now manage company-wide templates from the settings view—a centralized place to create and maintain standardized templates that every team member can use. Individual users can manage their personal templates in their own library, giving everyone the flexibility to build on top of company standards.
Rich editor improvements
The document editor now supports linking directly to Bigmind entities—paste a link to any account, deal, contact, lead, or meeting and the editor automatically converts it into a rich, clickable chip. We've also added dropdown menus to the editor toolbar, making formatting and inserting content faster and more intuitive.
