Control exactly which emails Bigmind syncs


Previously, when syncing emails from Google Workspace, every message was pulled in—including sensitive communications from legal, HR, or other teams that shouldn't be part of your sales intelligence. The only control available was to limit which users were synced by organizational unit, but there was no way to filter out specific senders or domains.

Now, admins can manage exclusion lists directly from settings. Add specific email addresses, entire domains, or pattern-based rules to prevent Bigmind from syncing emails to or from those senders. For example, block all emails from your legal department, exclude a specific HR mailbox, or filter out any address matching a pattern like *@internal.company.com.

Exclusion rules apply across all connected inboxes, giving you centralized control over what data enters Bigmind—so your team gets the sales context they need without the noise.
