#1. Open the organization
In Sub accounts, use Open on the customer’s row. You are switching into that separate organization. Check the organization name before changing settings or connecting integrations.
#2. Invite the customer
The partner user who created the account is an owner. Use the organization’s member settings to invite the customer and assign the owner role to the person who will manage billing and membership. Creating a sub-account does not send invitations automatically.
#3. Connect customer integrations
Have the customer authorize the integrations they want to use in their organization. Review any demo records and turn off demo mode when setup is complete.
#4. Let the customer confirm payment
The customer opens their organization’s billing settings and chooses a paid plan. The dialog lets them confirm the capacity and monthly or yearly interval, then continue to checkout to enter payment details. They do not need to repeat onboarding.
The initial trial does not set up a payment method. If the customer does not subscribe, trial access ends after 14 days.
#5. Track status from the partner dashboard
Return to your partner organization to see each sub-account’s plan and subscription status. Your dashboard also shows recurring revenue and estimated partner earnings. Each account keeps its own organization, users, integrations, and billing.
