Getting started

Get your partner account approved

Start with a Bigmind organization and ask the team to enable partner access.

Partner access belongs to a Bigmind organization. An active owner of an approved partner organization can create and manage separate customer organizations.

#1. Create your organization

Sign in to Bigmind and create the organization you will use for your partner business. Make sure you are an owner of that organization.

#2. Request approval

Email support@bigmind.ai with your organization name, company domain, the email you use for Bigmind, and a short description of how you plan to help customers. The Bigmind team reviews the request and enables partner access for the organization.

Any revenue-share arrangement is confirmed with the Bigmind team. Creating an organization alone does not enable partner access.

#3. Open the partner dashboard

After approval, switch to your partner organization in Bigmind. Open the user menu and choose Partner dashboard, or go directly to Sub accounts.

If you see “Partner access required”, check that you selected the approved organization and that your membership is active with the owner role.

#4. Create your first sub-account

Select Create sub-account in the dashboard. Enter the customer’s organization name and domain, choose its jurisdiction, customer tier, and billing interval, then create it. Each customer gets a separate organization.

The current Partner MCP connection flow asks you to select an existing sub-account. Create this first account in the dashboard; after connecting, you can create additional accounts through MCP.

Next: connect Partner MCP.
