Customer setup

Tiers, billing intervals, and the free trial

Choose a starting capacity and understand when the customer needs to set up payment.

#A 14-day Business trial

New partner sub-accounts start with the default Business trial for 14 days and unlimited free seats. The selected tier controls customer capacity. No credit card is required to create the trial.

A trial end date is the end of free access; it does not mean a paid subscription or payment method has already been set up. To continue after the trial, the customer completes checkout in their own organization.

#Partner starting tiers

Tiers below 1,000 customers are available only to partner-created sub-accounts. Prices below are in EUR, excluding tax. The yearly amount is the total annual price.

CustomersMonthlyYearly
50€49€490
100€89€890
250€199€1,990
500€379€3,790
750€549€5,490

Standard tiers of 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, and 50,000 customers are also available through partner account creation. The MCP tool schema lists the available capacities and prices. Ask your client to show those choices before creating an account.

#Monthly or yearly

You can select either interval during account creation. This preselects the customer’s checkout; it does not charge them. The customer confirms the paid plan and interval during checkout in their organization’s billing settings.

If checkout happens with more than 48 hours left in the original trial, the remaining trial period is retained. With 48 hours or less remaining, checkout starts the paid subscription immediately. The checkout dialog explains when payment starts.

#Customer payment and your earnings

The customer supplies their own payment details. The partner dashboard shows subscription status, monthly recurring revenue, and estimated earnings at your configured revenue-share percentage. Trials do not count as paid recurring revenue. Earnings are estimates based on subscriptions; payouts are handled manually.

Next: hand the account over to the customer.
