Analysis tools

Read trackers, categories, and analysis metadata used to organize meeting insights.

This group can be enabled from the Configure section on the Bigmind MCP integration page.

• tools.analysis.read for read tools.
• tools.analysis.write for write tools. Write access also grants read access for this group.

#Tools

• countListRowsByColumnValue — Count list rows by column value (read)

  Count rows in a Bigmind List/data table where one column matches a typed filter.

  Scopes: tools.lists.read, tools.analysis.read

• describeListColumnValues — Describe list column values (read)

  List unique/effective values for one column with counts, ordered by most frequent first.

  Scopes: tools.lists.read, tools.analysis.read

• findListRowsWhere — Find list rows where (read)

  Find and page through list rows where one column matches a typed filter.

  Scopes: tools.lists.read, tools.analysis.read

• listCategories — List categories (read)

  List all meeting categories configured for this organization. Categories are used to organize and group similar meetings together. Returns the category ID, name, description, and whether it is restricted to external meetings only.

• listMeetingsByTrackerIds — List meetings by tracker IDs (read)

  Find meeting sessions where specific keyword, concept, competition, or product feedback trackers were captured. Returns only accessible meeting sessions, grouped by session with tracker match counts and context.

  Scopes: tools.default.read, tools.meetings.read, tools.analysis.read

• listTrackers — List trackers (read)

  List all trackers configured for this tenant. Keyword, concept, competition, and product feedback trackers run automatically; manual trackers are added by users. Competition and product feedback trackers may optionally write cited findings to library documents.

• queryListTargetablePeople — Query list targetable people (read)

  Search and page through people inside a Targetable People column, optionally filtered by target flag, persona, contactability, or text.

  Scopes: tools.lists.read, tools.analysis.read

• queryListView — Query list view (read)

  Query Accounts or People using the same compound column filters and sorting stored by the Lists UI.
