Full control over how your AI routes and responds
The Auto agent is the orchestrator behind every chat in Bigmind—it decides which specialized agent to call, what tools to use, and how to answer your team's questions. Until now, this was a black box. Today we're giving admins full control over how it works.
From the new Auto agent settings page, you can customize the system prompt that governs routing decisions, choose exactly which tools are available (CRM, Meetings, Library, Enrichment, Custom tools, and more), and configure which sub-agents the orchestrator can delegate to—each with its own routing instructions.
Adding a sub-agent is as simple as picking an agent and one of its modes, then writing a short instruction for when the Auto agent should route there. Need to test your changes? A live chat panel sits right next to the config so you can validate behavior instantly before publishing.
All changes are staged and versioned with built-in conflict detection—so multiple admins can work on the configuration without overwriting each other. When you're ready, hit publish to make it live.
