Library content tools

Create and update ICPs, playbooks, products, case studies, battlecards, and library documents; create, rename, move, duplicate, delete, and change access to library folders.

This group can be enabled in the tool access step when connecting an MCP client.

  Create an ideal customer profile library document using Bigmind editor-compatible HTML.

• createLibraryDocument — Create library document (write)

  Create a general Bigmind library document. Prefer the specific ICP, case study, product, and playbook tools when the document has one of those purposes.

• createLibraryFolder — Library - Create folder (write)

  Create a library folder at the root or inside another folder, with optional metadata and open or restricted access. Returns the created folder. Uses the same permissions and defaults as the UI. Use listLibraryDocuments with type folder to find folder IDs.

• createPlaybook — Create playbook (write)

  Create a playbook library document. The saved HTML preserves Bigmind playbookResources metadata for linked ICPs, products, case studies, and frameworks.

• createProductFamily — Create product family (write)

  Create a product family library document using Bigmind editor-compatible HTML.

• deleteLibraryFolder — Library - Delete folder (write)

  Delete a library folder and its descendants using the same permissions and deletion behavior as the UI. Returns success and deletedCount.

• duplicateLibraryFolder — Library - Duplicate folder (write)

  Duplicate a library folder using the UI duplicate operation. Creates a sibling folder with a Copy suffix; does not recursively copy its contents. Returns the new folder.

• moveLibraryItem — Library - Move item (write)

  Move a library document or folder into another folder, or to the library root with parentId null. Uses the same destination and cycle validation as the UI. Returns the moved item.

• updateBattlecard — Update battlecard (write)

  Update an existing competitive battlecard when no document editor is active. For a partial edit to the currently open document, use editDocumentContent.
